received valuable feedback and questions from you to shape 2022 edition. Pruning
is always a winter activity; would it be important to consider something
special? Yeasts are coming from the vineyard; can we identify them in a
specific region? Organic and biodynamic management of vineyards requires
multiple considerations; would it have an impact in grape production? We’ll
tackle these questions and more this year.
